Coach Roger Silva is a distinguished football coach and educator with over 22 years of experience, currently serving as the Regional Lead Scout for Prep Redzone New England. A former Middle School Football Coach, Coach Silva has a long-standing dedication to youth athletics. A versatile athlete, Marquisse started as a true freshman at running back, wide receiver, and on kickoff returns, earning recognition as a key player. He is the offensive coordinator at St. Mark's School in Massachusetts. **Michael Silva**, Coach Silva’s youngest son, graduated from **Milton Academy** in 2017 and was subsequently recruited by Harvard University's football team. He graduated in 2021 and played as a defensive back for the Crimson Tide, participating in notable games, including a historic matchup against Yale at Fenway Park. With a wealth of experience and a vast network of contacts, Coach Silva collaborates with NCAA coaches to promote rising high school football prospects throughout New England. Since joining Prep Redzone in August 2022, he has overseen a dedicated team of scouts and played a crucial role in identifying and evaluating local talent. In line with his vision for growth and opportunity in New England football, Coach Silva also owns the upcoming **Scouting New England**, set to launch in January 2025. This premier data collection service will connect college football programs with top high school talent across the region, offering reliable, verified data and detailed insights on student-athletes in grades 9 through 12. Amal Scott is an American Football Coach. He graduated from Florida A &M University and began coaching in 2016 as the Offensive/Defensive Line Coach at the Middlesex School in Massachusetts. He coached multiple lineman who went on to play collegiate football, helped the team to a winning record and the 2019 New England Championship. He was promoted to Special Teams Coordinator in 2020, and then Head Coach in 2022. He is now the Defensive Coordinator at The Lawrence Academy.
Coach Scott is also an All-American Coach with Football University (FBU), specializing in Defensive Line technique. He also is a National Scout/Evaluator for Football University, The Trench King Challenge by NXTGEN, and other media Sites. He continues to coach in camps and clinics around the country, with plans to expand to other countries “Football has done so much for me, I always get excited when it time to teach, develop and coach the next generation.

CJ DeGennaro graduated from Bethel High School in Connecticut. He competed as an NCWA D2 wrestler for the University of Connecticut and is currently a pending amateur MMA fighter training at Texiera MMA in Danbury, Connecticut. He played football until his senior year and maintains his passion for the sport by participating as a college-level analyst. While completing his final semesters at UConn, he plans to scout in the New England region, where he continues to reside.
Coach Marquisse Silva:
Raised in Kingston, Massachusetts, Marquisse played during his sophomore and junior years at Silver Lake High School. He transferred to Marshfield High School for his senior year and graduated in 1999. Throughout his high school career, he was a starting player on the varsity team for all three years. Marquisse earned All-Star honors twice in Division 1 and once in Division 3 from the Patriot Ledger, Brockton Enterprise, and Boston Herald. During his junior year, he led the state in touchdowns.
In 1998, he became a champion of the Division 3 Super Bowl and was named the Super Bowl MVP. He was recognized as the Defensive MVP for the South Squad at the 1999 Massachusetts Shriners All-Star Football Classic and currently holds the record for the most interceptions in the history of that game. Additionally, he holds the Triple Jump record at Marshfield High School.
Marquisse attended the University of Maine from 1999 to 2001, majoring in Kinesiology and Physical Education with an emphasis on teaching and coaching. As a true freshman, he started as a running back and wide receiver for the Black Bears while also returning kicks. In 1999, he ranked among the top twenty in the nation for kick return average in the NCAA. He played two seasons of Arena Football and ten seasons of semi-professional football from 2003 to 2020. Over the past 13 years, he has coached at both the youth and high school levels. Since 2014, he has been training and mentoring student-athletes through his program, No Off Season Training & Athletics. Since 2020, he has served as the Founder and Director of NOS EL1TE, an off-season college preparation football program.
